Introduction

Axxys Technologies is an IT support provider in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Their chief focus is on providing managed IT services.

 

They prefer to take a proactive approach, aligning IT support with their client’s overall business objectives and stopping potential problems before they start.

Challenges

Axxys has marketing professionals on staff, so they entered into their relationship with TRIdigital with a firm foundation of marketing materials. However, while they had plenty of collateral, they felt their marketing efforts lacked cohesion.

 

Their messaging was, in their words, “all over the place.” They were looking for a marketing partner who could unify their messaging and work with them in a way that supports their in-house marketing staff.

Axxys was also interested in hosting an event. They’d heard that events can be a powerful way to generate leads and solidify existing relationship.

 

However, they were concerned about the expense associated with successful events, and also wanted help with the planning and logistics. They were relying on TRIdigital’s experience in event planning to make

They wanted to make sure their content continued to be relevant to their clients.

The Results

True to form, Axxys found TRIdigital’s content to be “top-notch.” The Axxys team and their clients have been enthusiastic about the quality of whitepapers, eBooks and blog posts.

 

What’s more, TRIdigital helped Axxys pull off their first major movie premiere event, even securing MDF funds to cover part of the cost. Just one event generated approximately $15,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
